64bit rnfkummer() bug 

Hi,

rnfkummer is still not quite clean on 64bit platform ( Alpha Linux in
my case ):

? setrand(1);rnfkummer(bnrinit(bnfinit(quadpoly(-307,y)),2,1),[3,0;0,1]);
  ***   0 in get_arch_real.
