There is a bug in bnrstark:
? allocatemem(2^25);
? B=bnfinit(quadpoly(13,a));
? C=bnrinit(B,409,1);
? bnrstark(B,Mat([5]))
  ***   forbidden multiplication t_VEC * t_VEC.
