I introduced a minimum sub-factorbase size to avoid problems with some
discriminants (class group could not be computed). Unfortunately for very
small discriminant (actually only 5:-) this may not be possible using primes
up to Bach bound.
So I made sure the factor base bound is large enough to get rid of this
problem [ used the same magic constant "20" as in buchall() for general
fields ]
Fixed in CVS.
