64bit precision bug 

Hi,

                 GP/PARI CALCULATOR Version 2.2.8 (development)
      x86_64 running linux (portable C kernel) 64-bit version -- debugging
                 compiled: Jan  8 2004, gcc-3.2.2 (SuSE Linux)
                (readline v4.3 enabled, extended help available)
   echo = 1 (on)
? quadray(-300003,1);
  ***   bug in precision too low in random_rel, please report

Increasing precision doesn't help.
