Thanks to all who submitted bug reports or test results! I prepared a
second release candidate

Changes with respect to rc1:

- updated README, renamed CHANGES -> CHANGES-2.6

- fixed Bug #1550: printf("%1.2f",Mat([1.,2.])) -> SEGV

- minor improvements in README, INSTALL, doc/appa.tex
  (N.B. MACHINES is obsolete, that file will be deleted in 2.8.0)

- remove 'test-time' from the 'test-all' subset: too unstable, leading
  to false positives. Just like test-io, test-ploth, test-parallel, it
  now must be specified explicitly.
