gcoeff does not do the same thing.
coeff() is used for 'MATSMALL' (i.e. Flm). It is a traditional libpari
interface (older than gcoeff), so we cannot easily remove it.
It is used more than 100 times in libpari.

You can always do
#undef coeff
after including pari.h
