Modular Forms package 

Dear all,

  we finally merged the kb-mftrace branch into master, which implements
a new "Modular Forms" package.

Many new functions are available in GP, see ?8 [MODULAR FORMS], the
reference card refcard-mf.tex and tutorial-mf.tex.
