Con artists on the pari-list

Can we keep these con artists off the pari list?

The email, below, is something now called the Nigerian con -- been 
running for some time.  Pretend you have millions of dollars but need 
help getting the money released.  Gullible people are asked to put up 
a little "earnest" money (a few thousand dollars) to help "release" 
this money.

Can we keep this fraudulent activity from this list?
