Probably yes.

However: I generally advise to use the SVN version rather than developement
snapshot which are never updated in a compatible way. The only problem is
for people using the Windows binary, but we have had trouble building a
working binary in recent time.

For my part I think we should move toward a new 2.5.0 stable release.
