I can't seem to find a function that does this in PARI, but I suspectthere is one, that I've forgotten about.

I have a vector of Polmods, and another Polmod which I know to be arational linear function of the components of the vector. How can I getPARI to calculate this for me?

A possibly related question: I have a vector of multivariate polynomialexpressions, and another expression that I know is a rationalcombination of the vector components (not necessarily linear, but Imight be able to force it to be linear). Is there a PARI function tosolve this sort of problem?
