Not in GP. In the 'testing' branch (available via svn), we have 'F2m'
objects in C, which you can somewhat manipulate under gp using install()

  install(zero_F2m_copy, LL, zero_F2m)
  install(F2m_coeff,lGLL)
  install(F2m_set,vGLL)
  install(F2m_flip,vGLL)

  A = zero_F2m(100,200);
  F2m_set(A, 10,20)
  F2m_coeff(A, 10,20)
  F2m_flip(A, 10,20)
  F2m_coeff(A, 10,20)

Do you need something else than these basic manipulations ?
