Elldata package update (fixed generators for conductor 130000-139999)

Hello PARI users,

Alan Simpson discovered a problem with the curve generators in the elldata package
for conductor 130000 to 139999: some of them were not on the curves. However
the generators on John website (the allgens files) were correct.

John has provided me with a fixed PARI data, so I have updated the PARI package
elldata

elldata is the PARI/GP version of J. E. Cremona Elliptic Curve Data
<http://www.warwick.ac.uk/staff/J.E.Cremona/ftp/data/INDEX.html>

This package contains elliptic curves defined over the rationals representing
all isogeny classes for all conductor at most 220000. Theses data are needed by
ellsearch and ellidentify and require PARI/GP 2.2.11 and up.
