Bijection {0,1,...,q-1} <--> GF(q) 

After

t=ffgen(q,t)
u=t^2+3*t+1
v=u^5
--------------------------------------------------
one has v = t^7 + 2*t^6 + 2*t^5 + 2*t^3 + t^2 + 2*t.
Is there a way to extract from v the coordinate vector
(1,2,2,0,2,1,2,0)?
