The Fricas system for computer mathematics (open source) might be of
interest, too. It includes related functionality in the Guess package,
which comes included with the algebra library of Fricas. It's possible
to guess formulas, recurrences, generating functions and similar for
sequences of integers, sequences of rational numbers, sequences of
rational functions, etc.
