Hi Zhao,
please provide remotes of repositories that you work with. (git remote -v). Inside http://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/git/gp2c.git there are no files names Configure.

In http://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/git/pari.git/ there is such a file and on my system there is no autocompletion for it.
