Thanks.  It also exhibited bug in sin(x+y) (without prettyprinter I
would not even try to look at the result).  ;-)

Here is the minimal specificaiton for the translation program:

  a) Plain TeX input (probably changable in the future?) with no
     dollars;

  b) Each formula terminated by "\n\n";

  c) A formula consisting entirely of whitespace should be ignored;

     (no extra "\n" should be output for such guys, we use this for a
     kinda "feedback channel": we fill the output OS buffer by
     whitespace, so when write() terminates we know that the
     translator did already process the previous formula);
