Now and then a moron succeeds in subscribing this kind of address
to one of the list (due to badly configured answering bots I guess);
amazon is another favorite. As a result, writing to the list results in
a few error messages from these dummy subscribers.

The listmaster (Dan J. Bernstein) eventually weeds them out; I have
learnt to ignore them in between. :-(
